Frequently Asked Questions

How many pages fit in one box?

A standard document box (18" x 14" x 12") can typically hold around 2,000 to 2,500 pages of documents.

This ensures accurate storage allocation and efficient document handling per box.

How do I estimate the number of pages in a box?

A standard document box (18" x 14" x 12") typically contains approximately 2,000 to 2,500 sheets of paper, depending on the paper thickness, document types, and filing method. If you're unsure about the volume of documents, you may refer to this guide or simply provide us with the number of boxes and we can help estimate the page count for your project.

What happens if my box exceeds the page limit?

If a box contains more than the standard page capacity, it may be considered as requiring an additional box for processing.

Before any extra charges are applied, we will contact you first to confirm if you would like to proceed with adding another box. This ensures transparency and gives you full control over your cost.

Why are BIR Form 2316 files more expensive?

BIR Form 2316 documents are typically single-page files, but they require a more detailed processing approach.

Each page must be:

  • Individually tagged
  • Indexed per employee
  • Recorded with additional BIR-required details

Because of the higher level of manual handling and accuracy required, additional labor time is needed, which makes processing more costly compared to standard bulk documents.

How is shipping handled?

For security and accountability, we recommend that clients arrange the transport of documents to and from our facility.

However, if you prefer convenience, we can also provide pickup and delivery services within Metro Manila using our company vehicle for an additional fee.

This option ensures your documents are handled securely from pickup to processing and back to delivery.
